Shipping

We have flat-rate shipping fees based on the total amount of your order:

$0 - $20.99	$7.99
$21-$44.99	$11.99
$45+	$15.99

 Orders are typically fulfilled within 5 business days after the order has been received, unless otherwise specified during checkout. We ship via UPS and USPS and orders typically arrive within 3 days of shipping. During the peak holiday season, please allow extra days for delivery. 

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. We cannot offer international shipping at this time. Little Belgians is not responsible for delayed, unclaimed, undelivered, or returned orders due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses or carrier delays due to weather or other causes beyond our control. 

We pack our speculoos with sufficient cushioning, while thinking of the environment. Unfortunately we can't guarantee what happens to the packages once they leave us. If a package is greatly damaged, however, please contact us. 

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return products in the original, unopened packaging for a refund, though return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. Because of the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns for packages that are already opened.

Any information we collect from you is for the sole purpose of processing your order and will not be sold, exchanged, or otherwise disclosed to anyone unless required by law.
