We primarily ship via UPS & FEDEX as well as USPS and orders typically arrive 2-5 business days after shipping. During the holiday season, please allow extra time for delivery and check specific items for any lead-time notes. Please include a physical address; we cannot guarantee delivery to a post office box. While we pack our speculoos with sufficient cushioning, utilizing environmentally friendly materials, unfortunately we cannot guarantee what happens to the packages once they leave us.
